  4. Mix Italian breadcrumbs with panko
  5. Place fillets on large platter, beat eggs and pour on top of fillets and coat thoroughly. One by one coat with breadcrumb mix and fry on med high for 5 min on each side. Enjoy with steamed mixed vegetables
