  1. Grate together celery & carrots, finely chop the chilli & fresh parsley including stalk. Mix all together with zest of lemon
  2. Squeeze the juice of lemon over the mixed fish
  3. Using individual pie dishes or a large layer the celery & carrot mixture on the bottom, layer grated cheese next then fish mixture on top.
  4. Finally spread over the mash potato and bake for 40 min on gas mark 6. Serve with veg.
