Take 10 g Garlic (finely chopped)
Make ready 10 g Ginger (finely chopped)
Take 50 g Cucumber (diced)
Prepare 50 g Tomato (diced)

Mix the corn flour, tapioca starch and salt in a bowl then dry rub the fish and marinade for 30 minutes.
