  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Combine panko, parmesan, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt & pepper in bowl. mix well
  3. use 1 tablespoon of butter to grease your baking dish
  4. gently place fillets onto baking dish & and season with salt & pepper
  5. place 1 tablespoon of butter on each fillet
  6. top fillets with about a 1/4 cup of the breadcrumb mixture, spreading it evenly over the fillets
  7. bake fillets for 15 to 20 min or until the breadcrumbs are browned and the fish flakes easily
