  2. Cook on med - butter will start melting
  3. After 8 min add lemon slices - cover and keep cooking on med 6 min
  4. Add salsa topping, take off lemon slices. Salmon should be cooking. Change heat to 4 on stove, cook another 6-8 min w lid. Check fish or flaky or white on top of fish.
