  1. Boil water in a medium sized saucepan. Use a small sharp knife too take unwanted notches off of the new potatoes - boil with most of the potato skins on - the potatoes will only take 10 minutes if diced into small squares, or keep whole and boil for 20 minutes.Once the potatoes are cooked, then drain them through a colander (sieve).
  2. Preheat the mini electric deep fat fryer etc. to the 150 mark and then deep fry the frozen mini chicken breast fillets for about 10 minutes - rest on a separate dinner plate for 5 minutes - before adding to your main dinner plate.
  3. Is best to use a wok, but you can rinse your medium sized saucepan under the cold water tap and then keep some of that cold water in the saucepan and then add the frozen bag of Chinese curry sauce - add the peeled, washed raw ginger pieces and then add the roughly chopped onion - don't forget to add the cooked boiled potatoes a little later - add a little bit of cold tap water to break up the bits of sauce that have stuck to the inside of the saucepan.
  4. Add sauce and potatoes etc. too the main dinner plate and then add all the rested pieces of chicken breasts. Bite into the ginger in the same way you would bite into whole carrots.
